We are seeking a Nursery Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting their development in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
– Assist in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children
– Support the Nursery team in delivering engaging activities and educational programmes
– Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
– Help manage children’s behaviour and promote positive interactions
– Contribute to the cleanliness and organisation of the Nursery

Skills
– Ability to drive positive outcomes for children
– Leadership qualities to inspire and guide young minds
– Experience working with children in a Nursery or childcare setting
– Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff
– Knowledge of early childhood education principles
