The Women’s Clinical Service Unit at Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust is a leading provider of specialist women’s health services in West Yorkshire, and places great emphasis upon maintaining a high level of patient care.
Gynaecology Out Patient Department (GOPD) comprises several services in one dedicated space such as Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy, Urogynaecology, fertility, menstrual health and gynaecology conditions.

We are looking for 2 individuals to cover part-time hours Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and Saturday clinic cover.
Main duties of the job
The nursing associate has a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan and across the fields of nursing, providing holistic and person-centred care and support for people of all ages and in a variety of settings. The nursing associate works independently under the leadership of registered nurses, working within the sphere of nursing and care and within all aspects of the nursing process.
Nursing associates are equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes and behaviours relevant to employment as a nursing associate and will work to the NMC code of conduct.

Essential
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register
- Educated to a min. of Level 5 Foundation degree level specific to nursing associate practice. If completed the Nursing Associate apprenticeship must have completed & passed the End Point Assessmentt
- GCSEs Grade A-C in Maths and English or equivalent
