Our eating disorder rehabilitation service offers a unique chance to embrace change and play a key role in fostering a positive therapeutic culture. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering individualized care and therapeutic interventions for residents with complex needs. You’ll be actively involved in reviewing and adapting care plans to ensure optimal recovery and rehabilitation.

We deliver high-quality treatment in a range of therapeutic specialties and offer excellent clinical care. In this role, you’ll participate fully in the care planning process for clients on your caseload. Collaboration with multi-disciplinary partners is key, so strong communication, teamwork, and record-keeping skills are essential. You’ll provide compassionate, empathetic support that makes a tangible difference to each resident’s journey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hold a diploma/degree in Occupational Therapy, with experience in mental health. HCPC registration is required.
  • Apply OT theory to the treatment of residents in an inpatient setting, focusing on eating disorders and associated conditions.
  • Be empathetic, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in your role.
  • Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, managing your caseload efficiently.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of common conditions related to mental health and eating disorders.
