Job Purpose:
MATHAR SAEED & CO. LTD has been carrying out its business since March 2016. We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.
To be a successful Office Manager, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Supporting clients with specific questions related to dental benefits under policies.
Duties:
Overseeing office operations and scheduling appointments. Managing office staff and delegating tasks. Training other employees on dental health and its role in insurance packages. Supporting clients with specific questions related to dental benefits under insurance policies. Dealing with staff recruitment and organising induction programmes for new employees. Attending meetings with management. Providing regular sales reports and dealing with after sale enquiries. Processing invoices and managing office budgets. Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date. Assisting the directors and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, and updating financial documents.
Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking highly organised and experienced office manager with a background in the dental field to join our team. The ideal candidate will have both office management expertise and dental related qualification to ensure smooth operation in our company. Time-Oriented, People Person, Great Written and Verbal Communication, Product Knowledge, Consumer Relations, Advertising.
Salary Offered:
Office Manager: £37,000-£39,000 per annum (depends on the experience)
Working Hours:
39.00 hours per week
Education/Qualification
Degree level NQF level 6, Good literacy and numeracy skills
Experience
Experience of working with people this may be in UK clients or any other groups all over the world.
Skills/Abilities
Ability to listen to, encourage and advise new clients in a professional and non-judgmental manner.Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations including challenging behaviour& incidents. Ability to communicate effectively with all level of our clients, colleagues and external all over world agencies, particularly with south Asian agency and clients. Understand and have a sensitive approach to clients’ needs. Ability to maintain clear, timely and accurate written reports. Understanding of, willingness to learn, IT requirements, Ability to carry out Health & Safety checks within the building and carry out practical tasks as required, Driving skills, Preferable to speak Urdu, Hindi and bangle but not essential
