Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee transport administration, fleet compliance, and operational coordination within our London-based transport company. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring DVSA compliance, fleet efficiency, driver performance, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all fleet activities comply with DVSA regulations, including vehicle safety checks, driver compliance, tachograph records, and statutory documentation
  • Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, MOTs, servicing, repairs, and breakdown coordination
  • Plan and optimise daily driver routes to reduce delivery delays and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor driver performance, safety behaviour, logs, and route adherence
  • Coordinate with suppliers, dispatch teams, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth transport and stock movement
  • Track delivery performance, analyse data, and identify operational improvement opportunities
  • Oversee business finance administration including cost control, payment tracking, invoicing follow-ups, and reconciliation
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reports covering fleet utilisation, route efficiency, and KPIs
  • Support workflow improvements and implement best practices across fleet and logistics operations

  • Previous experience within similar transport management role Leadership skills, ability to provide solutions and adapt to changing conditions daily, excellent IT Skills Positive Communication and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification .
