We are looking for an experienced, collaborative and compassionate leader who is passionate about community mental health, values multidisciplinary working, and is motivated to help shape the future of neighbourhood mental health services in City & Hackney.
Our transformed model is organised into four quadrants, each comprising two neighbourhoods, enabling one multidisciplinary team to develop strong local relationships and deliver coordinated, person-centred care to the communities they serve.
Working in close partnership with the Consultant Psychiatrists and Psychology Lead, you will provide operational and clinical leadership to a skilled multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective services while driving continuous improvement.
