The position
The role requires preparing vehicles to exceptionally high standards set by BSI and individual Manufacturers; this includes repairing vehicles fully : jig work, welding, filling , masking, sanding, priming and other necessary preparation work. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills.
A large part of the panel beaters position involves:
- Performing Repairs to an extremely high standard.
- Having great attention to detail to ensure an exceptional finish ready for paint.
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product/process knowledge.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a very clean and tidy condition and orderly administration of your work.
Our requirements
As a panel beater prepper we would like you to have an interest and passion in what we do. Along with a professional appearance, we would also appreciate it if you had your own stocked toolbox, excellent job knowledge and be highly motivated.
We expect you to demonstrate skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- Jig experience
- Dent pulling
- Reliability.
- Full driving licence.
