Personal Care Assistant: Sponsorship Available

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients.

Duties:

– Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
– Supporting clients with mobility issues and helping them move around
– Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
– Administering medication under the direction of healthcare professionals
– Assisting in meal preparation and feeding as necessary
– Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients
– Keeping accurate records of care provided

Skills:

– Experience in a Care home or Home care setting is preferred
– Proficiency in English language to effectively communicate with clients
– Valid driver’s license to transport clients if needed
– Strong communication skills to interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
– Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
– Ability to follow and implement care plans effectively
