We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in early childhood education, be able to create a safe and nurturing environment for children, and have the ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work well with parents and other staff members, and be able to handle any challenging situations that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nursery staff.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in the nursery.
- Develop and implement a range of activities to meet the needs of all children.
- Provide guidance and support to staff in their roles.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of children’s development.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Monitor the quality of care provided by staff members.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals.

Experience:
- Nursery/Preschool: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
