Overview
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales department and ensuring efficient sales operations.
Responsibilities
– Communicate with customers in English to address inquiries and provide information
– Utilise Microsoft Word and Outlook to prepare sales-related documents and correspondence
– Manage software systems to input and track sales orders accurately
– Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
– Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
– Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer queries
– Familiarity with Sage software for processing sales orders is desirable
– Possess strong computer literacy to navigate various systems efficiently
Qualifications
– Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment
– Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook for daily tasks
– Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
– Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a professional attitude
– Familiarity with Sage software is advantageous but not essential
