Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team in achieving their targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Duties

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and maintaining records.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for sales documents and contracts.
  • Utilise software tools, including Excel, to track sales performance and analyse data.
  • Support the implementation of new sales initiatives and processes.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Skills

  • Proficient in office software, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales administration or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting client needs.
  • Good IT skills and computer literacy to navigate various software applications efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
