As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in leading our care team, supporting the Manager and Deputy, and making a positive difference every day.

What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds – what matters most is compassion, commitment, and a positive attitude.
Preferred (but not essential):
- 1+ year experience in a healthcare or care home setting.
- Care Certificate.
- QCF/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Essential:
- Certificate in Medication Administrations
- Don’t have all the qualifications? No problem! We’ll support you with full training and professional development.
Your Role:
- Support the Manager and Deputy in day-to-day operations.
- Deliver personalised, high-quality care that enhances residents’ quality of life.
- Take charge of the home in the Manager’s absence.
- Supervise, mentor, and inspire junior care staff.
- Administer, record, and monitor medication in line with policy.
- Maintain accurate care plans and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals.
- Promote a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all.
