What We’re Looking For:

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds – what matters most is compassion, commitment, and a positive attitude.

Preferred (but not essential):

  • 1+ year experience in a healthcare or care home setting.
  • Care Certificate.
  • QCF/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

Essential:

  • Certificate in Medication Administrations
  • Don’t have all the qualifications? No problem! We’ll support you with full training and professional development.

Your Role:

  • Support the Manager and Deputy in day-to-day operations.
  • Deliver personalised, high-quality care that enhances residents’ quality of life.
  • Take charge of the home in the Manager’s absence.
  • Supervise, mentor, and inspire junior care staff.
  • Administer, record, and monitor medication in line with policy.
  • Maintain accurate care plans and documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals.
  • Promote a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for all.
