Job Summary

A Band 3 vacancy has become available in our Outpatients Department within Deeside Community Hospital.

The post is full time, Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend working.

Main duties of the job

A permanent vacancy has become available for a HCSW. Our aim is to provide quality, planned care for the patients. The successful candidates will work as part of a team of nurses responsible for providing, maintaining and co-ordinating a high standard of planned holistic care and nursing treatments, under the indirect supervision of the nurse in charge of the Hospital.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

  • QCF Level 3 or equivalent qualifications/experience

Desirable

Qualifications

  • NVQ level 3 in Health & Social care related subjects or equivalent qualifications/experience

Desirable

  • Good knowledge of anatomy & physiology
