For the right candidate, we can offer the role under Band 5 Annex 21 conditions, with a supported development plan to help you achieve full Band 5 competencies. Qualifications
Essential
- NVQ 3, BTEC/SCOTEC or City & Guilds in mechanical engineering or equivalent workshop experience in manufacturing
Desirable
- A record of qualifications achieved
Experience

- Previous experience of working in prosthetic manufacture
Desirable
- A record / portfolio of experience in prosthetic manufacture.
Skills and attributes
Essential
- Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively
Knowledge
Essential
- Competent to work safely with all workshop machinery and equipment with a knowledge and understanding of health & safety requirements.
Desirable
- Evidence re understanding of health & safety in a workshop environment.
