Department of Radiology
With over thirty sonographers working in the radiology department; there is the opportunity for a varied clinical rotation, including one-stop urology and gynaecology clinics, the main ultrasound departments lie across both Guy’s and St Thomas Hospitals, Women’s Services and the Evelina London Children’s Hospital. Within these areas, we undertake a wide range of clinical work: obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatric scanning, small parts, MSK, thyroid scanning, ED, DVT and abdominal/general ultrasound.

- Experience in performing and reporting general/obstetric/gynae ultrasound scans
- NHS or equivalent scanning experience

- Teaching / mentoring
- Evidence of improvement / transformation initiative
Knowledge/Qualifications
Essential
- DMU/Pg Cert/Clinical ultrasound
- CASE accredited course
Desirable
- Pg Dip/MSc Clinical/medical ultrasound
