Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and possess strong leadership skills to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities
– Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation
– Supervise kitchen staff during food production
– Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
– Help maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
– Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and culinary expertise
Requirements
– Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant setting
– Proficiency in culinary techniques and kitchen operations
– Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide kitchen staff
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
– Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen workflow efficiently
