About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, meal preparation, and companionship. You’ll work across Whitehaven, Workington or Maryport, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
Areas are kept small and milage to a minimum. We pay mileage at 40p per mile.

Requirements:
- Must be a driver with your own transport
- Compassionate, reliable, and a great communicator
- Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
- Experience welcome but not essential – full training provided
