Job summary

The Transformation Manager will work closely with colleagues across the Trust to design, plan and deliver transformation programmes and projects in order to deliver outstanding care in an efficient and cost-effective manner. These programmes and projects may form part of a strategic change programme, a legislative change, or an improvement project.
Main duties of the job
As part of the Transformation Delivery team, the post holder will be responsible for supporting the use of a robust, common project management approach to assist with planning and delivery of the intended outputs and outcomes. They will also ensure that benefits of the programmes/projects are realised and to lead changes into business-as-usual activity.

Essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent + experience of transformational change to Masters level or equivalent
Experience

- Extensive experience of delivering service change + stakeholder management + negotiating and influencing others + working independently
- Experience in writing senior level documents + high verbal skills+ ability to facilitate large groups + ability to interpret complex information & national guidance
Desirable
- Prine2 or equivalent
