Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. Duties
– Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
– Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
– Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.
– Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity through diligent data entry practices.
– Support financial operations by managing invoices and transactions using QuickBooks.
– Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as necessary.
– Provide clerical support to various departments as required, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Skills
– Proficient in office administration with strong organisational skills.
– Competent in using computerised systems and software, particularly Google Suite and QuickBooks.
– Excellent clerical skills with a keen eye for detail in data entry tasks.
– Strong communication skills with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
– Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
