East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust
Job summary
We are seeking ACC qualified coders with enthusiasm and motivation to join our Temporary Workforce Services (TWS) to support our extremely busy Clinical Coding Department.
The post holder will have responsibility for the clinical coding of all acute specialties, by abstracting clinical data from the patients records and translating it into diagnostic (ICD10) and procedure (OPCS) coding classifications.

As an Accredited Clinical Coder, you will have experience of coding a variety of specialties that occur within an acute NHS organisation. You will have a flexible and adaptable approach to work and strive to create accurate clinically coded data, embracing the national clinical coding standards, rules, and conventions, to ensure the Trust data is sufficiently robust.
